RETURN & REFUND POLICY (DIGITAL COURSE)

You were accidentally charged twice for the same purchase.
B) Unauthorized transaction
There is credible evidence the purchase was unauthorized (for example, card theft). We may request basic supporting information.
C) Access not delivered due to our technical problem
You cannot access the Course due to a verified technical issue on our side, you contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days.
D) Accidental purchase window (before access/use)
If you contact us within 2 hours of purchase and you have not accessed the Course content or downloaded any included files, we may approve a refund at our discretion.
If a refund is granted, we will revoke access to the Course and any associated downloads.

- What you are buying
This product is a digital online course and related digital materials (the “Course”) delivered electronically. Access is provided immediately after payment. - All sales are final for instant-access digital content (with limited exceptions)
Because this is an instant-access digital product, we do not offer returns or “change of mind” refunds once access is delivered, except as listed in Section 3 below. - When we will provide a refund
We will refund your purchase in the following cases:

- When we do not provide refunds
We do not provide refunds for:
- Change of mind after access is delivered
- Lack of use, partial completion, or dissatisfaction that is not due to a verified product defect
- Scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, or “I didn’t have time”
- Failure to receive emails due to an incorrect email address entered at checkout
- Purchases made through third-party sellers or marketplaces (their policies apply)
- EU/EEA/UK consumer notice (important)
If you are a consumer located in the EU/EEA/UK, distance purchases generally include a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, that right may be lost for online digital content once you start downloading or streaming if you expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge you will lose the right of withdrawal once access begins. If you are in the EU/EEA/UK and you do not agree to this, do not purchase this instant-access Course. - How to request help or a refund

You agree to provide accurate billing details including your country/region. We may use your billing country to determine which consumer rules apply and to support fraud prevention. - Chargebacks and disputes
If you have an issue, contact support first so we can help. If a chargeback is filed after access has been delivered, we may suspend access while the dispute is investigated.
